As our first meeting, Talking Business met as a society and discussed the article "Was That Harassment?". The article touched on the difficulties involving sexual harassment in the office place and where the line is drawn between what is and is not considered "harassment". As a group, many people had the opinion that any physical contact in the work place should be seen as inappropriate and depending on the reaction of the recipient, depends on if the action will be filed a harassment complaint. During this meeting, we analyzed and contrasted ideas about the different ways to handle actions of harassment in the workplace.
